• According to the spirit of the 33^rd meeting of the Governing Board of the National Social

Security Fund of the 3^rd mandate on 19 May 2016 

Decide 

Article 1 

This Prakas aims to determine the list of chronic diseases in the Social Security Scheme on Health Care for those covered by the provisions of the Labour Law. 

Article 2 

The chronic diseases determined in this Prakas are as follows: 

1. Cardiac Failure 
2. Cardiomyopathy 
3. Chronic Hepatitis B 
4. Chronic Hepatitis C 
5. Chronic renal disease 
6. Cirrhosis of the liver 
7. Coronary Artery Disease

8. Diabetes Mellitus Type 1 & 2 
9. Dysrhythmias
10. Multiple Sclerosis 
11. Schizophrenia 
12. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus 
13. Hypertension 
14. Thalassemia 

Article 3 

The National Social Security Fund shall be in charge of providing services for the chronic diseases as stipulated in Article 2 of this Prakas in accordance with Article 5 of Prakas 109 KB/Br.K dated 17 March 2016 on Health Care Benefits. 

Article 4 

Any adjustment to the list of the chronic diseases as stipulated in Article 2 of this Prakas shall be determined by the Prakas of the Minister of Labour and Vocational Training. 

Article 5 

Any provision contrary to this Prakas shall be abrogated. 

Article 6 

The National Social Security Fund, workers/employees, employers and health base contracted with NSSF shall be in charge of implementing this Prakas from the date of signature.
